Aleks Jagiella-Litts.

I am a licensed lawyer in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee as well as a Florida Qualified Arbitrator and Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator. For more than seven years, I have been a part of the Child Advocacy movement as a forensic interviewer and Executive Director with a Child Advocacy Center (CAC) in Georgia. Being a part of the CAC has taught me so much about the effects of trauma and the need for mental health and this led me to obtaining my MS in Psychology.

I saw the need for mental health awareness in my own legal practice and the impact that vicarious trauma and my own trauma had on my work as a lawyer and my services to my clients. We were created for lawyers to understand mental health and trauma, to be better equipped to provide competent and compassionate legal services, while also taking care of their own well-being and contributing to a more empathetic and supportive legal profession.
